Hygiene services
Dudley's Corporation is able to provide a range of comprehensive hygienic washroom solutions to protect
staff and clients from potentially harmful airborne bacteria. Solutions are also designed to reduce
unpleasant odours that accompany bacterial build up.
The two main solutions are:
- Dry steam vapour
- Hot pressure wash

Option one - Dry Steam vapour
Dry steam (superheated vapour) at a temperature of 130°C, removing even the most stubborn grease
and grime, whilst sanitising and killing bacteria, spores and other undesirable micro organisms in its path.
One litre of water converts to 1,600 litres of high quality steam.
Does it work?
With the Dry vapour System you clean, sanitise and deodorise all at the same time and leave no chemical
residue, which may affect food or be detrimental to the surface you are cleaning. The hot steam vapour penetrates
the pores of the materials cleaned and destroys mould spores, bacteria, viruses and germs of all kinds. This
proven process is the single most effective method of sanitising.
Is the System environmentally safe?
Using only portable water heated to a temperature in excess of 290°C and distilled as it is used, the
AmeriVap does not use any chemicals, suspect solvents, cancer causing chlorine's, germicides, pesticides, or
herbicides to get the job done. Therefore, it is safer and simpler to use and does not introduce toxic substances
into our homes and bodies. Detrimental effects of long-term exposure to many household cleaning chemicals and their
associated waste are only now beginning to be understood. Only a steam vapour system eliminates this harmful

Option Two - Hot pressure wash 90°C
- Hot pressure clean urinal drains to a depth of two meters;
- Sanitise all walls, partitions, appliances, fixtures and fittings with a
combination of industrial grade detergents (foaming agent) and hot pressure wash (90°C).
This process will remove all stains and uric acid build up;
- Machine scrub all floor surfaces paying attention to edges / grout lines.
