Builder Pre-Clean

Scope of Works

  • Squeegee (streak Free) all internal windows, glass partitions, glass doors, mirrors and damp wipe aluminum frames work, including shower screens.
  • Removing paint spots from glass and frame works
  • Vacuum carpets with power head
  • Mop all tiled areas and hard floor surfaces including stair wells
  • Damp wipe and clean toilets, fixture and fittings
  • Deep clean toilets, urinals etc
  • Damp wipe door frames
  • Vacuum and / or dust wherever necessary, ceiling and ducts
  • Vacuum pipe fittings, light shades etc and de cobweb high ceiling using high access equipment if necessary
  • Pressure wash building internal and external
  • Pressure wash and turbo clean internal and external floors with the use of water recovery if required
  • Pressure wash and turbo clean concrete, pavers and chewing gum removal.

Builder Clean Final Clean

  • Detailed final clean ensuing all internals are left in a clean and presentable state for building hand over

Codes and Practices

  • We comply with all safety regulations, the Occupation Health and Safety Acts 1985 and all other relevant Acts.
  • All employees will have a white/red card
  • We provide certificate of currencies for work cover, and Public Liability (20 Million).
  • All safety work methods statements, JSAs and MSDS’s will be provided prior to commencement of work
  • All electrical equipments tagged and tested
  • Certificate of compliance/ Manual of operation of equipment such as knuckle booms, scissor lift etc.

  • Sealing of glass panels and  in showers and areas that are hard to maintain
  • Restoring damaged glass panels interior or external caused by poor maintenance and stained by efflorescence and mineral stains

Stone Restoration

  1. Polishing natural stone
  2. Removal of scratches and stains
  3. Sealing of grout
  4. Re coloring grout and repairing damaged grout
  5. Problem solving
  6. Satin removal – Mineral deposits, efflorescence oil and rust stains etc.etc. in both natural and man made tiles.
